Policy Updates - Effective 7/1/2025
Approvals, Quotes & Pricing
Quotes are good for 15 days only. Prices are subject to change at any time.
All items and projects quoted prior to 7/1/2025 must be re-quoted.
For every day your quote is not approved, your production due date will be extended until is has been approved.
For every day your invoiceis not paid, your production due date will be extended until it has been paid or cleared by A/R.
Rush jobs must be approved and paid within 2 business hours to meet deadlines agreed to.
Shipping
UPS is our only parcel carrier. Ground, 2nd Day Air & 1st Day Air options are available. UPS typically picks up by 3:30 p.m. each day.
Old Dominion is our only freight carrier. Lift-gate, Expedited & Special Handling options are available. Pick-ups must be scheduled one (1) business day in advance.
Only wholesale customers are allowed to provide their own shipping method and will be charged a handling fee. Shipping can be billed each month in “realtime” using our standard system and carriers to avoid handling fees.
Handling fees will be charged for all orders not shipped through our standard systems and carriers as follows:
$5 per parcel
$25 per pallet
Tracking information can only be provided on shipments completed through our standard systems and carriers.
Standard Colors for Screen Printing
Standard screen printing ink colors have been established. A fee of $15 will be charged for any custom match needed for every order. See details below.
